In the stewardship department, when we talk about a steward, many people immediately think about money. However, stewardship goes beyond finances; it means managing everything that God brings into a believer’s life in a way that honors God. As God’s stewards, we are entrusted with time, opportunities, abilities, possessions, and the blessings of the earth and its resources. Our responsibility is to use them properly, recognizing God’s ownership through faithful service to Him and our fellow human beings. This includes returning tithe and giving offerings to spread His gospel and support His church’s proclamation and growth.
Stewardship is a privilege granted by God to help us grow in love and overcome selfishness and covetousness. Stewards find joy in the blessings that others receive as a result of their faithfulness.
Every good thing of earth was placed here by the bountiful hand of God as an expression of His love towards humanity.
Ellen. G. White
We express gratitude to God for His assistance throughout the journey of this field. Until now, our field has done well in returning tithe and offerings. However, in the years 2020 and 2021, we faced challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, impacting our performance. Nevertheless, we are thankful to God for standing by us and safeguarding our lives. In 2022, our field performed well in returning tithe, offerings, and camp meeting contributions. Looking ahead to 2023, we aspire to succeed and excel in returning tithe and offerings.
We are all encouraged to be faithful stewards. May the LORD continue to guide us as we all serve in His ministry.
